Frequently asked questions

When am I charged?
Only when a payment settles — i.e. the exact amount is received and confirmed on-chain. Unpaid, underpaid, or expired orders cost nothing.
Are there setup or monthly fees?
No. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum on Starter or Growth. You pay a flat percentage per settled payment, and nothing when you have no volume.
What about TRON network fees?
On-chain network fees (energy / bandwidth for sweeps) are passed through at cost and itemised in your treasury sweep ledger. Velt does not mark them up.
Do you ever hold my keys?
No. Velt is watch-only: it monitors per-order addresses with public keys and sweeps to treasury wallets you control. Your spending keys never touch our systems.
Can I get a volume discount?
Yes. Growth includes automatic discounts above $250k in monthly settled volume, and Enterprise plans are individually negotiated. Contact sales for a quote.
